The NLM Grants Management Office negotiates and issues all NLM grant awards. The office handles all matters relating to the notice of grant award, including funding levels, terms and conditions, and resolution of budget and administrative issues for individual grants. The office also oversees post-award fiscal and administrative issues. Grants Management interprets grants policies as they relate to the grant award process and provides guidance to the NLM extramural community.
